At SPA AND STAY, our terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SPA AND STAY if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Reservation and Booking
Reservations can be made via the booking platforms linked on our Book Now page.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival: full refund.
Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to arrival: 50% of booking refunded.
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival: no refund.
We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 15:00 (3:00 PM)
Check-out time: 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
4. Facility Usage
The spa facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests only.
Please observe all safety instructions posted throughout the facility.
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the spa areas.
Proper spa etiquette is expected at all times.
5. Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property or facilities.
Any damage must be reported immediately to management.
Charges for repairs or replacements will be applied to the guest's account.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information.
Guest information is used solely for booking and communication purposes.
We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
7. Liability
Spa & Stay is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from the use of our facilities.
Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
8. Age Requirement
All guests must be at least 16 years of age.
Valid identification may be required at check-in.
9. Modification of Reservation
Requests to modify reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
10. Force Majeure
Spa & Stay is not liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God, government restrictions, disasters, or other major unforeseen circumstances.
11. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucerne, Switzerland.
